Shipping policy

Shipments to the Contiguous 48 US States

Orders placed for at least $50 and over qualify for our fast free shipping. 

We know how it is to wait for an order to arrive. We process most orders same day depending on how early in the day it was placed or next business day. We have strategic partners all across the country and work to ship from the closest location to you. This way the shipping time is reduced, and you get your order as fast as possible.

A shipping confirmation email including carrier specific tracking information will typically be sent at the time the item has been shipped. 

Most orders will be shipped ground via UPS, USPS, FedEx. We try to pick the carrier best suited for your order and shortest shipping duration.

*** Due to recent global circumstances and increased shipping volume delivery carriers have temporarily suspended shipping guarantee delivery times.


Shipping Method Explanation

Business days are Monday-Friday; Holidays, Saturday and Sunday are not included in shipping days.

Fast Standard Shipping

  • Delivery typically in one to five business days.


    Shipping Changes

    Shipping changes after the order is shipped, such as intercepts, address change, and will call pick-up may be subject to a $25 Service fee per shipment (this is simply passing along the fee billed to us by the carrier to make the change when in-transit).

    Order Cancellation

    If you change your mind, please contact us as soon as possible. 801 797-9276. We try to process order as quickly as we possibly can. If the order has already progressed to a "Picked" status we are unable to cancel the order and it will ship.

     

    APO

    Accessories, Parts and Gear orders shipping to an APO address qualify for our Free Shipping. APO orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Military Mail, please allow an additional 1-5 business days to process your order. For parts and accessories. Ebikes cannot be shipped.

    Alaska / Hawaii / U.S. Territories

    Accessories, Parts and Gear orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands will ship via the United States Postal Service. In some instances, packages may also ship via UPS Ground. Please allow an additional 1-5 business days to process your order. If your order is urgent, feel free to contact us and we can try to accommodate.

    Shipping Costs:

    • Orders going to AK, HI and US Territories have a $35 flat rate for parts and accessories. Ebikes can not be shipped.

    International Orders

    At this time we do not offer International shipping.


    Hazardous Items

    Items designated as hazardous (such as paints and chemicals) may only be shipped via ground shipping to the contiguous 48 US states. Hazardous items will be clearly identified during the shopping process.

    Tires

    We are currently only shipping tires to the contiguous US 48 States.

    Oversize Items

    Oversize items are currently only being shipped via Ground to the contiguous 48 US states. Oversize items will be clearly identified during the shopping process. Ebikes are typically in this category.

    Delivery Policy

    Typically packages will be left at your door and do not require a signature. Sometimes we will ship an item vendor direct and those vendors may require a signature on their shipments. If you absolutely need one way or the other, please contact Customer Service before placing your order.

    Jaxn Ebike is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We are happy to submit claims with carriers when appropriate.

    Damaged Goods

    If an item arrives visibly damaged, please contact us immediately. Claims are handled through the shipping carrier, and we will assist customers with these claims to the best of our ability.

    Jaxn Ebike is not responsible for the condition of packages once in the possession of the carriers. We are happy to submit claims with carriers when appropriate for any packages that arrive damaged.
